Meet Our Staff

Experience in the care of children

At Rainbow Nursery, we pride ourselves on having the right balance of mature and younger Practitioners. Our Senior members of staff have been with us for numerous years and have extensive qualifications and experience of working with young children. All members of staff are trained in the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), which is the framework all childcare settings follow up to School Reception age. We have a large proportion of staff who are first aid trained ensuring there is always a first aider in each area.

Key workers

We operate a 'Key worker system' to enable each child and family to build a close and trusting relationship with a Key Staff member. The Key person will be responsible for the planning of activities for your child's developmental and emotional needs within the group. Your child will receive a new Key worker as they grow and move through their learning journey to a different room.
